G.S.R. 346 (E ) .In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (2 ) of rule 3 of the Rajja Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957 , the Chairman , after con- sultation with the Ministry of Finance , hereby makes the following further amendments in First- Schedule to those Rules , with effect from the 7th July , 1973 , namely
In the First Schedule to the said Rules :-
( 1 ) Under the heading " Class I- Gazettei" , in the third colunin showing the number of permanent posts sanctioned-
(i) against item " 3. Deputy Secretary " , for the figure " 3 " , the figure " f " shall be substituted and
(ii ) against item " II . Reporter " , for the figures " 11 " , the figures " 15 " shall be substituted .
(2) Under the heading " Class II - Gazetted "-
i ) in the third column showing the number of permanent posts sanctioned , against item " 13. Section Officer " , for the figures " 15 " , the figures " 16 " shall be substituted ;
