New Delhi, the 13th July 1973

G.S.R. 348(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 11 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation,) Act, 1973 (26 of 1973), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines), No. G.S.R. 311(E), dated the 12th June, 1973.
