ORDER
'New Delhi, the 13th July 1973
S.O. 394(E).—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that due to inordinate delay in the setting in of monsoon, the supplies of milk have not increased so as to secure its equitable distribution in the areas comprising the Union Territory of Delhi and the Districts of Meerut and BulandsLdhr in the State of Uttar Pradesh;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely; —
In sub-clause (3) of clause 1 of the Delhi, Meerut and Bulandshahr Milk and Milk Products Control Order, 1973 as notified in Order No. S.O, 268 (E), dated 5th May, 1973, the following amendment shall be made; —
