S.O. 407 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Mono- polies & Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shri Justice J. L, Nain, Judge of the High Court of Judi- cature, Bombay as Member and Chairman of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission with effect from the 23rd July, 1973.
2. Shri J, L. Nain shall hold office till he attains the age of 65 years.
