NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th July 1973
G.S.R. 363(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (m) of section 2 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1973 (26 of 1973) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines), No. G.SR, 312(E), dated the 12th June, 1973, the Central Government hereby specifics the 1st day of August, 1973 as the specified date for the purpose of sub--section (3) of section' 14 of the said Act and further directs that the following amendment shall be made in the said notification, namely:—
In the Table to the said notification, against entry "1. Sub-section (3) of section 14" in column (1), for the entry "16-6-1973" in the corres- ponding entry in column (2), the entry "1-8-1973" shall be sub- stituted.
