New Delhi, the 25th July 1973G.S.R. 364(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), and supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health), Order No. F. 14-24/71-PH(B), dated the 13th October. 1971, the Central Government hereby authorises Dr. S.
