ORDER
New Delhi, the 25th July, 1973
S. O, No, 408 (E)—WHEREAS THE Central Government is of the opinion that with the onset of monsoon, the supplies of milk have increased so as to secure its equitable distribution in the areas comprising the Union Territory of Delhi and the Districts of Meerut and Buland- shahar in the State of Uttar Pradesh
Now, THERE FORE, in exorcise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Com- Tuodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely:—
In sub-clause (g) of clause I of the Delhi, Meerut and Bulandshahr Milk and Milk Products Control Order, 1973 as notified in Order No. S. O. 268(E) [dated 5th of May, 1973 and amended in Order No. S. O. 394 (E) dated 13th July, 1973, the following amendment shall be made :—
For the words
" and shall cease to operate on the 31st of July, 1973 " Substitute the words " and shall cease to operate on the 25th of July, 1973 "
