ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th July 1973
S.O. 410(E).—In pursuance of sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 508/ NL/73, dated the 26th June, 1973, namely:—
In column 2 of the Table appended thereto for the existing entries against items Nos 3 and 4, substitute the entries "3. Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Dimapur" and "4. Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Peren" respectively against 1. Kohima District, and
in column 2 for the existing entries against item No. 3. substitute the entry "3. Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Wokha" against 2. Mokokchung District.
These amendments shall be deemed to have taken effect from the 12th July, 1973.
