New; Delhi, the 31st July 1973
G.S.R 369(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951). read with sub-section (1) and first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules. 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following amendments to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955: —
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fifth Amendment Regulations, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Schedule to the said Regulations, under Andhra Pradesh, for the entry,
1. "Secretaries to Government—10"
the following entries shall be substituted, namely: —
1, "Second Secretary to Government—1"
