S.O. 412(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act. 1955 (10 of 1955) and in continuation of the order of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture), No. S,O. 253(E), dated the 27th April, 1973, the Central Government hereby directs that the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture), No. S.O. 520 (E) dated the 4th August, 1972 shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 15th August, 1973.
