SUBJECT,—Impart Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April 1973—March 1974 (Amendment No. 32).
No. 124-ITC(PN)/73.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Volume II) for the period April 1973—March 1974, published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 4G-ITC(PN)/73, dated the 2nd April, 1973,
2. Paragraph 5 (b) in Part 'B', In Section I, of the aforesaid policy, be amended to read as under:—
"(b) Supplies made by Indian firms against IBRD/IDA aided projects in India when such supplies are made under the procedure of inter- national competitive bidding; and"
NOTE.—The above amendment will come into effect in respect of orders placed after the date of issue of this Public Notice.
