G.S.R. 379 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the Coal Mines ( Nationalisation ) Act , 1973 ( 26 of 1973 ) , and in super- session of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines ) , No. G.S.R. 314 ( E ) , dated the 12th June , 1973 , the Central Government hereby directs that the right , title and interest of the owners of each of the coal mines specified against serial numbers 45-219 (both Inclusive ) , 227 , 235, 237 , 260 , 265 , 275 , 441 , 483 and 583 of the Schedule to the said Act shall , with effect from the 1st day of May , 1973 , vest in the Bharat Coking Coal Limited , Dhanbad, a Government company incorporated under the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , and having its registered office at Sijua , District Dhanbad in the State of Bihar.

सा० क१० नि० 397 ( श्र ) कोयला खान ( राष्ट्रीयकरण ) अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 26 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के इस्पात और खान मंत्रालय ( खान विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 314 ( ई ) , तारीख 12 जून , 1973 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनयस की अनुसूची की क्रम सं ० 45 से 219 तक (दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए ) , 227, 235,237,260 . 265,275,441,483 , और 583 के सामने विनिदिप्ट प्रत्येक कोयला खान के स्वामियो का अधिकार , हक और हित , 1 मई, 1973 से भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड , धनबाद में , जो कम्पनी अधिनयम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) के अधीन निगमित सरकारी कम्पनी है, और जिसका रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय मिजुवा , जिला धनबाद , विहार राज्य में है , निहित हो जाएंगे ।

G.S.R. 380 ( E ) .--- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of section 33 of the Coal Mines ( Nationalisation ) Act , 1973 ( 26 of 1973 ) , and in super- session of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines ( Department of Mines ) , No. G.S.R. 326 ( E ) , dated the 28th June , 1973 , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 29 of the said Act may also be exercised by ( a ) Shri D. K. Dutta , Chief of Sales , Central Division , Coal Mines Authority , in respect of all the coal mines except those mines specified against serial numbers 45to 219 ( both inclusive ) . 227 , 235 , 237 , 260 , 265, 275, 441. 483 and 583 of the Schedule to the said Art , and ( b ) Shri R. N. Sharma, Chairman - cum- Managing Director, Bharat Coking Coal Limited , Dhanbad , in respect of the coal mines specified against serial numbers 45 to 219 ( both inclusive ) , 227 , 235 237 260 , 265 , 275 , 441 , 483 and 583 of the Schedule to the said Act .

सरकार के इम्पात और खान मंत्रालय (ब्रान विभाग ) की अधिसूचना मं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 326 ( ई) तारीख 28 जून, 1973 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधि- नियम की धारा 29 के अधीन उसके द्वारा प्रयोक्तव्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग ( क ) उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची की क्रम रां ० 45 से 219 तक (दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए ) , 227,235,237,260 , 265 , 275 , 441 483, और 583 के मामने विनिदिष्ट खानों के सिवाय सभी कोयला खानों की बाबन श्री डी ० के ० दत्ता , विक्रय -प्रधान , केन्द्रीय प्रभाग , कोयला खान प्राधिकारी द्वारा भी, और ( ख ) उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची की क्रम सं ० 45 से 219 तक ( दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए ) 227 , 235 , 237 , 260 , 265, 275 , 441 , 483 और 583 के मामने विनिदिष्ट कोयला खानों को बावन, श्री आर ० एन ० शर्मा , अध्यक्ष एवं प्रत्रध निदेशक , भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड, धनबाद द्वारा भी किया जा सकेगा ।
