NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th July 1973
G.S.R. 381 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with Rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government in con- sultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely: —
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Nineth Amendment Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Schedule III appended to the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954 under the heading "A-Posts carrying pay above the time-scale under the State Governments", against "Madhya Pradesh", the following entry shall be added
"Principal Secretary to Government—Rs. 3000/."
