NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th August 1973

G.S.R, 382(E)/Ess, Com/Sugarcame.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 11of the Sugarcane (Control") Order, 196(5, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on It by clauses 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the said order shall be excisable also by the Director of Industries and Civil Supplies, Rajas than, Jaipur and that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1127/Eas. Com./ Sugarcane, dated the 16th July, 1966, namely.—

In the said notification, after the words "Cane Commissioner. Andhra Pradesh" the words "the Director of Industries and Civil Supplies, Rajasthan, Jaipur" shall be inserted. [No, 4-24/72-S.PY.] S. V.
