NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th August, 1973

G.S.R. 384(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951)) read with Rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Orissa hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (pay) Rules, 1954) namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Tenth Amendment

Rules, 1973.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Gazette of India.

2. In Schedule III appended to the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954—

(a) under the heading "A—Posts carrying pay, above the time-scale pay in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Government" in the Table— (i) for the entry 'Orissa' occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in second and third columns, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
