G.S.R. 3 8 5 ( E ) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1902 (52 of 1962) read with sub-section (4) of section 25 of the Finance Act, 1973 (21 of 1973), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Fin- ance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 82 Customs, dated the 11th May, 1973, namely: —

In the Schedule below the said notification, after serial No. 89 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:— "90. No. Ill—Customs, dated the 30th July, 1973."
