G.S.It. 387(15).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 15 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue & Insurance) No. G.S.R. 341 (E), dated the 5th July, 1973, the Central Government hereby determines that for the purposes of Sections 14 and 15 of the said Act, the rates of exchange for conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of the Schedule below into Indian currency or vice versa shall be the rate mentioned against it in column (3) thereof:
