NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th, August 1073
G.S.R. 388(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central Gov- ernment, in addition to the quantity already fixed for export, hereby fixes 94,000 tonnes (ninetyfour thousand tonnes) of sugar as the quantity which, may be exported during the the period commencing on the date of publication of this notification, in the Official Gazette and ending with the 30th day of June, 1974.
