ORDER
New Delhi, the 10th August 1973
S.O. 431(E)/15/IDRA/73.—Whereas the industrial undertaking known as Dalmla Dadri Cement Limited is engaged In the scheduled industry, namely:—cement;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the said industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the scheduled industry concerned and to public interest,
Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the. Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persons consisting of :
