ORDER
New Delhi, the 10th August, 1973
S.O. 436(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. 555 (E), dated the 17th August, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said notified Order), the Central Government had declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agree- ments, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force to which Messrs. Gresham and Craven of India Private Limited, Calcutta, is a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before the 31st day of March, 1971, shall remain suspended for a period of one year from the date of publication of the said notified Order in the Official Gazette;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said notified Order should be extended by a further period of one year;
