ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th August, 1973
G S R. 392(E)ESB,/Com./Sugar—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3C) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugar (Price Determination for 1972-73 Production) Order, 1972, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination for 1972-73 Production) Fifth Amendment, Order, 1973.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for 1972-73 (Production) Order, 1972—
(1) in Schedule I, in column (i), for the entry "Assam, Orissa, West Bengal & Kerala", the entry "Assam, Orissa, West Bengal, Kerala and Nagaland" shall be substituted :—
(2) in Schedule II,—
(a) Under the heading " Maharashtra ", after serial No. 48 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :— " 49. M/s. Vishwas Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., Yashvant Nagar, Taluka Shirala, District Sangli (Maharashtra)"; (b) after the heading " West Bengal " and the entries thereunder, the following heading and entries thereunder shall be added, namely :—3
"Nagaland
(1) Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Sugar Mills Project, Dimapur, Kohima (Nagaland)".
