ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th August, 1973
S O. 434(E).—WHEREAS by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial De- velopment) No. S. O. 3626/IDRA/18A/69, dated the 6th September, 1969, read with the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S. O. 3271, dated the 3rd September, 1971, the management of the undertaking known as Ahmedabad New Textile Mills Co. Ltd., Ahmedabad had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the order first mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of the 5th September, 1973 ;
AND WHEREAS the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of one year ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 5th September, 1974.
