No. DRAWBACK / PN - 25 /73.-Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India - Extraordinary-dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Tables published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 : --
After sub - serial No. 3640 and the entries relating thereto , the following sub- serial No. and the entrics shall be inserted , namely : -

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी/ पी ० एन०-25/ 73.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्न, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं 52 / फा ०सं० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र० अ ० ( के नियम 3 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है : -
उप - क्रम सं ० 3640 तथा उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप - क्रम सं ० तथा प्रशिष्टियां जोड़ी जायेंगी । अर्थात्: --

उपर्युक्त माल के सम्बन्ध में अलग-अलग निर्माता/नियातकर्ता के लिए नियत की गयी सभी ब्राण्ड दरें इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होते ही वापस ले ली गयीं समझी जायेंगी ।

No. DRAWBACK / PN - 26 /73 . In the Public Notice No. 57 published in Part I , Section ( 1) of the Gazette of India , Extra - Ordinary , dated the 15th June , 1972 , the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections in the table published therein : -
Under the heading description against clause ( lv) of the sub - serial No. 5002 , for the existing entry , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
"Radiator Assemblics and Cores for Motor Vehicles including tractors , ex- cluding oil coolers and Air Cooled Radiators , namely "

सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/पी० एन०-26/ 73.--भारत के राजपत्न , असाधारण , दिनांक 15 जून , 1972 के भाग I खण्ड ( 1 ) में प्रकाशित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० 57 में प्रकाशित सारणी में केन्द्रीय सरकार एदत्द्वारा निम्नलिखित शुद्धियां करती हैं:-
उप-क्रम सं ० 5002 के खण्ड ( iv ) के सम्मुख ' विवरण ' शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत वर्तमान प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात् :-
"तेल शीतक और वायु कूलित विकीरकों को छोड़कर मोटर गाड़ियों, जिनमें ट्रैक्टर भी शामिल है, के लिए विकीरा संयोजन तथा कोर , अर्थात्ः-- [
