S.O. 453(F0/lSFB/IDRA/73—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Minis1"!-v of TnrtuFiriai Development (Department of Industrial Development) ISfO. S.O. 200(E)/18FB/IDRA/73, dated the 5th April, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government In exercise of the powerg conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (6a ol 1;.'5") declared that the operation of all or any of the contracts, assur- ances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, or other instruments in force immediately before the publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette to which the Industrial undertaking known as the Rofractory Plant near Ram^arh in Hszari- bagh District in the State of Bihar belonging to M/s. Assam SilUmanlte limited ir. a party or which may be applicable to the said Industrial undertaking shall remain suspended upto the 30th June, ]973 and all rights, privileges, Obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspend- "d upto the 30th June, 1973;
