ORDER

New Delhi, the 31st August 1073

G.S.R. 40S(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 4-B of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order 1947, the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following order further to amend the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 463(E) dated the 24th November. 1972, namely:—

In the said Order, after the Table, the following proviso shall be added at the end, namely:—

"Provided that, in the case; be Vegetable oil product manufactured by any producer in the Northern region during the two-month period September-October, 1973, the limit of usage of mustard oil or rape seed oil, or both, shall be 25 per cent by weight of vegetable oil product."
