ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st August 1973
S.O. 464(E).—Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 4321/18A/IDRA/69, dated the 22nd October, 1969, read with the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 3852, dated the 12th October. 1971, the management of the undertaking known as the Cambodia Mills Ltd., Coimbatore had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the order first mentioned above for a period up to and inclusive of the 21st October, 1973;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said undertaking by the said Auhorised Controller should continue for a further period of one year;
