CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi, the 1st September 1973
G.S.R. 416 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to section 33 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944). the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby confers on the Additional Collector of Central Excise and Customs, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, the powers indicated in clause (a) of the said sec- tion.
2. This Notification shall come into force on the 1st day of September, 1973.
