New Delhi , the 1st September 1973
S.O. 456 ( E ) .- In pursuance of clause 4 of the Synthetic Rubber ( Price Control ) Order , 1969 , the Central Government hereby fixes the sale prices of Synthetic Rubber , with immediate effect , as follows :-
Rs . 41.71 per ten kilograms
1. Synthetic Rubber Grades S- 1500 and 1502
Rs . 36.71 per ten kilograms
2. Oil Extended Synthetic Rubber Grade S-1712
Rs . 56.67 per ten kilograms
3. Synthetic Rubber Grades-1958 .
(The above prices include selling commission but are exclusive of excise duty and other levies . )
2. This notification shall be in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals and Mines and Metals (Department of Petroleum and Chemicals ) , No. S.O. 4923 , dated the 16th December , 1969 .

का० ग्रा० 456 ( प्र) ( संश्लिष्ट रबर मूल्य नियंत्रण ) , आदेश , 1969 के धारा 4 के अनुभरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा पश्लिष्ट रबर का विक्रय मूल्य , जो तत्काल लागू होगा , निम्नलिखित रूप में नियत करती है

2. यह अधिसूचना भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व पैट्रोलियम और रसायन तथा खान और धातु मंलालय ( पैट्रोलियम और रसायन विभाग ) के अधिसूचना संख्या दिनांक 16 सितम्बर , 1969 के अतिक्रमण में होगी । का ० भा ० 4923 ,

ORDER
New Delhi , the 1st September 1973
S.O. 457 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the Synthetic Rubber (Price Control ) Order , 1969 , namely : -
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Synthetic Rubber ( Price Control ) Amend- ment Order , 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette . 2. In the Synthetic Rubber ( Price Control ) Order , 1969 , after paragraph 6 , the following paragraph shall be inserted namely : -
" 6A . Every manufacturer shall prominently mark on each package of synthetic rubber the grade of material contained in that package ."

नई दिल्ली, 1 सितम्बर , 1973
एस ० प्रो० 457 ( अ ) भावश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10) की धारा करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , संश्लिष्ट रबर (कीमत नित्रयंण) 3 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग आदेश , 1969 में संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम संश्लिष्ट रबर ( कीमत नियत्त्रण ) संशोधन आदेश , 1973 है ।
( 2 ) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2 संश्लिष्ट रबर ( कोमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1969 में , पैरा 6 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित पैरा अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
" 6 क . प्रत्येक विनिर्माता संश्लिष्ट रबर के प्रत्येक पैकेज पर उस पैकेज में अन्तविष्ट की श्रेणी स्पष्ट रूप से चिन्हिनत करेगा । "
