S.O. 458(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Clause (b) of Clause 2 of the Newsprint Control Order, 1962, No, CH(l)/18(l)/62 dated the 17th January, 1962, the Government of India is hereby pleased to appoint Shri A. R. Laumas, Assistant Press Registrar, Office of the Registrar of Newspapers for India, Minis- try of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi, to exercise the powers of the Controller under that order, with immediate effect,

2. The earlier Notification No. S.O. 743 (E), dated the 11th December. 1972 relat-ing to the appointment of Shri M. V.
