NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st August 1973
S.O. 459(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commis- sion of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (De- partment of Food), No, S.O. 3180, dated the 28th September, 1970, namely:—
In paragraph 1 of the said notification, against the entry relating to item 4, for the words "Member Agricultural Prices Commission", the words "Professor of Economics and Head of the Economics Department, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidya Nagar, Gujarat" shall be substituted.
