NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th September ]973

G.S.R, 420(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Coal Mines (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1973 (15 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely; —

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Coal Mines (Advisory Board) (Repeal) Rules, 1973.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2, Repeal and saving.—The Coal Mines (Advisory Board) Rules, 1973, are hereby repealed, save as respects anything done by the Coal Mines Advisory Board, constituted under rule 3 of the said rules, before such repeal.
