SUBJECT.—Import of cars by disabled Indian Nationals.
No. 146-ITC(PN)/73.—Attention is invited to Ministry of Foreign Trade P.N. No. 131-ITC(PN)/72, dated 12th September, 1972 and para 3(3)(1) of I.T.C, Hand Book of Rules & Procedure—1973-74 on the above subject.
2. It has been decided to withdraw the facility for import of built-in cars fitted with disability devices/controls/gadgets, with immediate effect as disability devices/controls/gadgets can be fitted to the Indian cars also.
