NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th September 1973
G.S.R. 424(E).—In' exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (I), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1864 (37 of 1964), and sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. M. S. Randhawa and shri P. L. Tandon as Directors in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation Of India, estab- lished under the said Act, in place of Dr. V. M. Dandekar and Shri Radha Reman respectively and directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely:—
In the said notification for entry (6) and (8) the following shall be substituted respectively, namely:—
"6" Dr. M. S. Randhawa, Vice Chancellor, Agricultural University, Ludhiana.
