The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the Presi- dent on the 7th September, 1973, and is hereby published for general information: —
THE MANIPUR APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT, 1973 No. 43 of 1973
[7th September, 1973] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation 011 certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Manipur for the services of the financial year 1973-74.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic
of India as follows: —
1. This Act may be called the Manipur Appropriation (No. 2) Act, Short title.
1973.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Manipur there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of forty- three lakh rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 1973-74 in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
