ORDER
New Delhi, the 10th September 1973
S.0. 475(E),—Whereas the manufacturers of Ambassador car have submitted a claim to the Central Government lor an increase in the price of the said car on account of the increased wages payable by them to their workers in pursuance of an agreement;
And whereas the Central Government has considered the claim submitted by the said manufacturers for increase in the price of the said car;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G of the Industriea (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Motor Cars (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1959, namely.—
1, (11 This Order may be called the Motor Cars (Distribution and Sale) Con- trol (Third Amendment) Order, 1973.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
