G.S.R. 435 ( E ) - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Rice Milling Industry (Regulation ) Act , 1958 ( 21 of 1958) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under sections 4 , 5 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 12 , 15 and 18 of the said Act shall be exercisable also by a State Government subject to the condition that before making an order under the said section 18 a State Gov- ernment shall obtain the prior concurrence of the Central Government .

सा० का ० ति० 435 ( अ) -धान कुटाई उद्योग ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1958 ( 1958 का 21 ) की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 , 5 , 8, 9 , 10 , 12, 15 और 18 के अधीन उसके

द्वारा प्रयोक्तव्य क्तियां राज्य सरकार द्वारा भी इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए , प्रयोक्तव्य होगी कि उक्त धारा 18 के अधीन आदेश करने से पहले राज्य सरकार केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व सहमति अभिप्राप्त करेगी ।

G.S.R. 436 ( E ) . In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) of article 239 of the Constitution the President hereby directs that the Administrator of a Union territory appointed under the said clause shall , in relation to that Union territory , exercise the powers conferred on the Central Government by sections 4 , 5 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 12 , 15 and 18 of the Rice Milling Industry ( Regulation ) Act , 1958 ( 21 of 1958 ) subject to the condi- tion that before making an order under the said section 18 the sa'd Administrator shall obtain the prior concurrence of the Central Government .

सा० का ० ति ० 436 ( प्र) -राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में निदेश देने हैं कि उक्त खण्ड के अधीन नियुक्ति किया गया संघ राज्य क्षेत्र का प्रशासक उस संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के सम्बन्ध में धान कुटाई उद्योग ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1958 ( 1958 का 21) की धारा 4, 5, 8 , 9 , 10 , 12 , 15 और 18 द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस शतं के अधीन रहते हुए प्रयोग करेगा कि उक्त धारा 18 के अधीन कोई आदेश करने में पहले उक्त प्रशासन केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व सहमति अभिप्रान करेगा ।

सां० का ० ति० 437 ( श्र ) -धान कुटाई उद्योग ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1958 ( 1958 का 21 ) की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्त्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य और कृषि मंत्रालय ( खाद्यविभाग ) के आदेश सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 512 , तारीख 22 अप्रैल , 1959 को विखण्डित करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Rice Milling Industry ( Regulation ) Act , 1958 ( 21 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) , No. G.S.R. 1034 and No. GSR . 1211 , dated the 27th May , 1968 and 19th May , 1969 respectively .

सा० का ० नि० 438 ( अ) -धान कुटाई उद्योग ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1958 (1958 का 21 ) की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य , कृषि , सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) के नादेश सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 1034 और सं ० सा ० का ० ति ० 1211 , क्रमशः तारीख 27 मई, 1968 मौर 19 मई, 1969 को विखण्डित करतौ है ।

सा० का० नि ० 440 ( श्र ) -धान कुटाई उद्योग ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1958 (1958 का 21 ) की धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्त्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) के आदेश मं ० मा ० का ० नि ० 1525 , तारीख 6 अक्तूबर , 1971 को विखण्डित करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Rice Milling Industry ( Regulation ) Amendment Act , 1972 ( 47 of 1972 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th September , 1973 as the date on which the provisions of the sald Act shall come into force .

सा० का ० नि ० 441 ( श्र) धान कुटाई उद्योग ( विनियमन ) संशोधन अधिनियम, 1972 ( 1972 का 47 ) की धारा 1 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार 15 सितम्बर, 1973 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम के उपबन्ध प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
