New Delhi , the 14th September 1973
S.O. 485 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Gold (Control) Act , 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government , being of opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following Order , namely:-
That a person referred toin clause ( c) of sub - section ( 4) of section 39 of the said Act shall be exempted from the operation of the time limit specified in that clause relating to the making of an application for the grant of a certificate re- ferred to in sub- section ( 1 ) of the said section 39 , if he makes the said appli- cation on or before the 31st day of December , 1974 .

का ० प्रा ० 485 ( अ ) स्वर्ण ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 45) की धारा 109 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियां का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, यह राय होने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक और समीचीन है, निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:- कि, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) में निदष्ट व्यक्ति को उक्त धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 1) में निर्दिष्ट प्रमाणपत्न की मंजरी के लिए आवेदन कोई करने में सम्बन्धउस खण्ड म विनिदिष्टी समय की परिसीमा के प्रवर्तन छूट से दी जाएगी यदि वह उक्त आवेदन 31 दिसम्बर, 1974 को या उसके पूर्व करें ।
[सं ० फा० 143/12/ 73 -जी ० सी ० II ( i ) ] S.O. 486 ( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Gold (Control ) Act, 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government, being of opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) , No. S.O. 220 , dated the 8th January , 1971 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the words " five years " , the words " seven years " shall be substituted .

का० प्रा ० सं ० 486 ( श्र) स्वर्ण ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 45) की धारा 109 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार यह राय होने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक और समीचीन है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ ० 220 , तारीख 8 जनवरी , 1971 में निम्न- लिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्--
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " पांत्र वर्ष " शब्दों के स्थान पर " सात वर्ष " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
[स ० फा ० 143/ 12/ 73 -जी ० सी ० II ( ii) ] S.O. 487 ( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Gold (Control ) Act, 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government , being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following ameamendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Minis try of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 127 ( E ) , dated the 8th February , 1972 , namely:-
In the said notification , for the conditions , following conditions shall be sub- stituted , namely:-
" (1 ) such child assists either his father, or any other certified goldsmith who is not being assisted by any child other than his own , to make , manufacture , repair or process any article or ornament :
Provided that where the child of a certified goldsmith assists any other certified goldsmith, such child shall assist such certified goldsmith for a period not less than six months from the date of his com- mencement to assist such certified goldsmith ; and
( ii ) the father of such child and the other certified goldsmith get the name of such child endorsed by the Gold Control Officer having jurisdic- tion on their respective certificates . " .

का० प्रा० 487 ( अ ) स्वर्ण (नियंत्रण )
धारा 109 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तयों का प्रयोग करते ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक और समीचीन है , और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ ० निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :- अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 45 ) की हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, यह गय होने पर कि भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व 127 ( ई 7 , तारीख 8 फरवरी , 1972 में
उक्त अधिसूचना में , शर्तों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शर्तें रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्-
" ( i) ऐसी संतान कोई वस्तु या आभषण बनाने, विनिर्माण करने , मरम्मत करने या प्रसंस्करण करने में या तो अपने पिता या ऐसे अन्य प्रमाणित स्वर्णकार की सहायता करे जिसे अपनी संतान से भिन्न किसी संतान द्वारा सहायता नहीं दी जा रही है:
परन्तु जहां प्रमाणित स्वर्णकार की संतान किसी अन्य प्रमाणित स्वर्णकार की सहायता करती है वहां वह संतान ऐसे प्रमाणित स्वर्णकार की सहायता, ऐसे प्रमाणिन स्वर्णकार को अपनी सहायता प्रारम्भ करने की तारीख से छः मास से अन्यून की अवधि के लिए करेंगी; और
( ii ) ऐसी संतान का पिता और अन्य प्रमाणित स्वर्णकार ऐसी संतान का नाम अधिकारिता रखने वाले स्वर्ण नियंत्रण अधिकारी द्वारा अपने-अपने प्रमाणपत्त्र पर पृष्ठांकित करा ले ।
