NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th September 1973

S.O. 488(E).—In exorcise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 19156), the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made, with effect from the 16th September, 1973, in the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) (Stock Exchange Division) No. S.O. 598 (E) dated the 14th September, 1972 and published at pages 1635-1636 of the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 15th September, 1972, namely:—

In the said notification, in condition (2), for the words "one year", the words

"fifteen months" shall be substituted.
