S.O. 504(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in partial modi- fication of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 143, dated the 9lh January, 1967 (as amended by the Orders of the Gov- ernment of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 3251, dated the 30th August, 1971, and S.O. No. 2081, dated the 18th May, 1971), and supersession of the Ministry of Industrial Development Order No. S,O. 368(E), dated the 2nd July, 1973, the Central Government hereby authorises, with effect from 15th Sep- tember, 1973, Shri P. C. Gupta to take over the management of the whole of the Mahalakshmi Mills Company Limited, Beawar, vice Shri B. N. Vali, until further orders.
