G.S.R. 445 ( E ) . The following Order made by the President is published for general information:-- THE DELIMITATION OF COUNCIL CONSTITUENCIES ( ANDHRA PRADESH ) AMENDMENT ORDER, 1973
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Legislative Councils Act , 1957 ( 37 of 1957 ) , read with section 12 of the Repre- sentation of the People Act , 1950 ( 43 of 1950 ) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf , the President , after consulting the Election Commission , is pleased to make the following Order further to amend the Delimitation of Council Constituencies ( Andhra Pradesh ) Order , 1957 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the Delimitation of Council (Andhra Pradesh ) Amendment Order , 1973 . Constituencies 2. In the Delimitation of Council Constituencies ( Andhra Pradesh ) Order , 1957 , in the Table below paragraph 2 , for the existing entries relating to Serial No. 3 under " Graduates ' Constituencies " , Sreial No. 4 under "Teachers' Consti-

tuencies" and Serial No. 7 under " Local Authorities ' Constituencies " , the following entries shall respectively be substituted , namely: -

4. Shri Gunapati Ramachandra Reddy , who was elected from the former Nellore Local Authorities ' Constituency shall be deemed to have been elected from the Prakasam Local Authorities ' Constituency and his term shall expire on 30-6-1976 .

सा० का० नि ० 445 ( प्र ) -राष्ट्रपति द्वारा किया गया निम्नलिखित आदेश सर्वसाधारणकी जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है :--
परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( आन्ध्र प्रदेश ) संशोधन आदेश , 1973 .
राष्ट्रपति लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 12 के साथ पठित विधान परिषद् ग्रधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 37) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस संबंध में उन्हें मनर्थ बनाने वाली सब अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग स परापर्ण करने के पश्चात् , परिषद्निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( श्रांध्र प्रदेश ) आदेश , 1957 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं , अर्थात्:-
1. यह आदेश परिषद् निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र ( आंध्र प्रदेश ) संशोधन आदेश कहलाएगा । 73 1372/1 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

2. परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र (आंध्र प्रदेश ) आदेश, 1957 में , पैरा 2 के नीचे की सारणी में, "स्नातक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र " के नीचे क्रम सं ० 3. " शिक्षक निर्वाचन -क्षत्र " के नीचे क्रम सू ० 4 और " स्थानीय प्राधिकारी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र " के नीचे क्रम सं ० 7 के संबंधित वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

4. श्री गणपति रामचन्द्र रेड्डी, जो भूतपूर्व नेल्लोर स्थानीय प्राधिकारी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाचित हुए थे, प्रकासम स्थानीय प्राधिकारी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाचित हुए समझें और उनकी पदावधि 30-6-1976 को ममाप्त होगी ।
