NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th September 1973
S.O. 506(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (4) of section 29 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to make with effect from the 24th day of December, 1973 the follow- ing amendments to Form A (Form of the Balance-Sheet) set out in the This . Schedule to the said Act, namely:—
In Form A, Form of the Balance-Sheet,—in the Capital and Liabilities side, for item 3., DEPOSITS AND OTHER ACCOUNTS, the following shall be substituted, namely,

Fixed Deposits

(ii) from others
Savings Bank Deposits
Current Accounts and Contingency (0 from banks
