S.O. 508 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 5 ) of sec- tion 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 ( 50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with thehe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5483 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely : ---
(1) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance (Third Amendment ) Scheme , 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of October , 1973 .
2. In the Emergency RK ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme for sub- Paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph !! . the own sub - paragraph shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( 1 ) The premium payable under any policy of insurance in respect of the quarter erding on the 31st day of December , 1973 , shall,-
(a) in respect of a policy of insurance in force on the 30th September, 1973. be nil ;
(b) in the case of all new policis ingadin plementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of six raise for every hundred rupees or any part thereof of the sum insured . "

१० ग्रा० 508 ( श्र ) . आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 50 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार , के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का ० श्र ० 5483 के साथ प्रकाशित श्रपान जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्: --
( 1) इस स्कीम का नाम श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( तृतीय संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1973 होगा ।
( 2 ) यह अक्टूबर , 1973 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में , पैरा 10 के उपपैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित उपपैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , श्रर्थात् :--
( 1) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन , दिसम्बर 1973 के इकतीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियम : ---
( क) 30 सितम्बर 1973 को प्रवृत्त बीमा की पालिसी की बाबत सून्य होगा ;
(ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में , जिनके अंतर्गत विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनुपूरक पानिसियां भी आती हैं , बीमा कृत राशि के प्रत्येक 100 रुपये या उसके किसी भाग के लिये छह पैसे की दर पर होगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 6 ) of sec- tion 3 of the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Act , 1971 , ( 51 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme published with the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O , 5486 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , name- ly:
( 1) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) In- surance ( Third Amendment ) Scheme , 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of October , 1973 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Undertakirgs ) Insurance Scheme , for sub - para- graph ( 1 ) of paragraph 8, the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted , namely:--
" (1) The premiunı payable under any policy of insurance in respect of the quarter ending on the 31st day of December , 1973 , shall , (a) in respect of a policy of insurance in force on the 30th September , 1973 , be nil :
(b ) in the case of all new policies , including supplementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of ten paise for every hundred rupees or any part thereof of the sum insured . "

का० ग्रा ०509 ( प्र) . आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत मरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० श्रा ० 5486 के साथ प्रकाशित श्रापात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
( 1 ) इम स्कीम का नाम आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा ( तृतीय संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1973 होगा ।
( 2) यह अक्टूबर 1973 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में, पैरा 8 के उपपैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित उपपैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" ( 1) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन, दिसम्बर 1973 के इकतीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियम :--

(ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में , जिनके अंतर्गन विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनुपूरक पालिसयां भी आती हैं , बोमाकृत राणि के प्रत्येक सौ रुपये या उसके किसी भाग के लिए दस पैसे की दर पर होगा । "
