ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st September 1973

G.S.R. 449 (E) In exercise or' the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order 1o amend the Vegetable Oil Produet Producers (Regulation of Refined Oil Manufacture) Order, 1973, namely: —

.. (1) This Order may be called the Vegetable Oil Product Producers (Regula- tion of Refined Oil Manufacture; Amendment Order 1973.

2} It shall come into force at one

".. In the Vegetable Oil Product Producers (Regulation of Refined ) Manufac- ture) Order, 1973, In sub-clause (e) of clause 2, the following words shall be omitted namely: —
