ORDER
New Delhi the 21st September 1973
S.O. 5ll(E)/18FB/IDRA/73.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development' S.O. No. 624(E)/18FB/IDRA/72, dated the 25th September, 1972 (hereinafter re- ferred to as the said order. the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951) declare 1 that the operation of all or any of the contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette to which the industrial undertaking known as M/s. Andhra Scientific Company. Limited. Machilipatnam in the State of Andhra Pradesh is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial main suspended upto the 24th September, 1973 and all rights, • and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspend- ed upto the 24th September, 1973;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended upto the 24th September, 1974;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (.65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto the 24th September, 1974.
