No. A. 11013/E/134|71-Ad.IV.—In supersession of the orders contained in their Resolution No. A 11013/E/134/71-Ad. IV dated the 12th July, 1972 the Government of India have decided that the Central Excise (Self Removal Procedure) Review Committee will submit its report to the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) before the 3lst December, 1973.
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned and that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
