No. 160- ITC (PN) / 73 .--Attention of importers is invited to import policy as contained in the I.T.C. Policy ( Red Book- Vol . I ) for the period April 1973 - March 1974.

No. 161 - ITC ( PN ) / 73 - Attention is invited to the provision made in para- graph 54 in Section I and in Appendix 74 of the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book-VolumeVolume I) for April 1973-March 1974 .
2. On a review of the position , it has been decided that if any permissible Item is subject to a face value restriction , the value for such items will be determined by the specified face value restriction in relation to the whole import entitlement due to the applicant against the application under consi- deration even though the whole entitlement is divided into a direct licence issued to an applicant in respect of non - canalised items and a release orde order issued on the canalising agencles for canalised iterItems The import policy for actual users for the period April 1973- March 1974 may be deemed to have been modified accordingly .

संख्या 161- आई ० टी ० सी ० ( पी ० एन) / 73 -प्रप्रैल, 1973-मार्च, 1974 के लिए श्रायात ब्यापार नियंत्रण नीति ( रैंड बुक-वा०-1 ) के परिशिष्ट 74 में तथा खंड 1 की कंडिका 54 में दी गई ब्यवस्था की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. स्थिति की पुनरीक्षा करने पर, यह निश्चय किया गया है कि यदि कोई स्वीकृत मद एक अंकित मूल्य प्रतिबंधता के अधीन है तो ऐसी मद के मूल्य का निर्धारण, विचाराधीन आवेदन- पत्त्र के गद्दे आवेदक को देय पूर्ण आयात हकदारी के सम्बन्ध्र में विशिष्टकृत अंकित मूल्य के आधार पर किया जाएगा चाहे गैर सरणीबद्ध मदों के लिए पूर्ण हकदारी को , एक आवेदक को जारी किए गए सीधे लाइसेंस के रूप में बांटा जाता है और सरणीबद्ध मदों के सम्बन्ध में सरणीबद्ध करने वाले अभिकरणों को रिहाई आदेश जारी किया जाता है । तदनुसार , श्रप्रैल , 1973- मार्च , 1974 अवधि के लिए वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं के लिए आयात नीति को श्रशोधित किया गया समझा जाए ।
