ORDER
New Delhi, the 27th September 1973
S.O. 523(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India In the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3981, dated the 2'2nd December, 1965 read with the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 3495, dated the 24lh October, 1970, and No. S.O. 5535, dated the 20th December, 1971, the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Muir Mills Limited, Kanpur has been taken over by the Authorised Controller for a period upto and inclusive of the 21st December, 1973;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a period upto the 21st December, 1974;
