RESOLUTION
New Delhi , the 1st October , 1973 .
No. 5/ 1 / 73 -Ad . C.- Consequent on the re - constitution of the Advisory Council on Trade w.e.f. 1-1-73 , it has been decided to re - constitute the Standing Committee of the Advisory Councl , notified in Ministry of Foreign Trade Resolution No. 1 / 23 / 70-Ad. C. dated 11-2-71 to consi- der problems relating to the growth of exports . The Standing Committee will function during the tenure of the present Advisory Council on Trade , that is , upto , 31st December , 1974. It will comprise of the following members :-

सं ० 5/1/ 73-परा ० ५०. - 1-1-72 से व्यापार विषयक परामर्शदायी परिषद् के पुनर्गठन के फलस्वरूप , विदेश व्यापार मंल्नालय संकल्प संख्या 1 / 22/70-परा ० १० , दिनांक 11-1-71 में अधिसूचित परामर्शदायी परिषद् की स्थायी समिति को निर्यातों से संबंधित समस्याभो पर विचार करने के लिए पुनर्गठित करने का निश्चय किया गया है । स्थायी समिति व्यापार विषयक वर्तमान परामर्शदायी परिषद् के कार्यकाल अर्थात् 31 दिसम्बर , 73 के दौरान कार्य करेक्षा । इसमे निम्नलिखित सदस्य शामिल होंगे

यह आदेश दिया आता है कि संकल्प की एक -एक प्रति व्यापार विषयक परामर्शदायी समिति के अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष भौर सदस्यों, राष्ट्रपति के निजी तथा सैनिक सचियों, प्रधान- मंत्री सचिवालय , योजना आयोग , भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों, तथा सभी राज्य सरकारों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि सामान्य सूचना के लिए संकल्प को भारत के राजपत्र मे प्रकाशित किया जाए ।
