G. S. R. 463 (E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Cus- toms Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. G.S.R. 387 (E), dated the 8th August, 1973, the Central Government hereby determines that for the purpose of Sections14and 15 of the said Act, the rates of exchange for conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of the Schedule below into Indian currency or vice-versa shall be the rate mentioned against it in column (3) thereof.
