S. O.530(E)/ IDRA/73.—Whereas the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Hind Cycles Limited Bombay, (Bombay unit) is engaged in the Scheduled Industry, namely, Bicycles and Bicycle chains industry.
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the said industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the scheduled industry and to public interest;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persons consisting of:— 1. Shri B. G. Roy,
Chairman
General Manager; Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta.
2. Shri Vijay Kumar, Chief Engineer, Member State Industrial & Investment, Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd., Bombay.
3. Shri B. S. V. Rao, Development Officer, Member Directorate General of Technical Development, New Delhi.
The above body shall submit its report to the Centra) Government within a period of three
